STEVE HATHAWAY
Our firm is dedicated to the memory of Steve, who first opened his law office in Northwest Washington in 1995. During his 30 years of practice, he helped thousands of individuals and families in the Bellingham community resolve their financial troubles. Steve dedicated his life to service, both as an attorney and within the local community.

KELSEY HATHAWAY
Kelsey grew up in Bellingham, Washington and attended the University of San Diego School of Law. After graduating cum laude, Kelsey spent six years serving the indigent San Diego community as a public defender. As a criminal defense attorney, Kelsey litigated over 30 jury trials and helped her clients navigate the most challenging times of their lives.
Kelsey now primarily practices in the area of family law, guiding clients through divorce, parenting arrangements, and child support issues. Kelsey also represents minors in dependency cases, acts as court appointed counsel in minor guardianships, and litigates protection orders.
Kelsey is a passionate advocate and will be strong voice on your behalf.
JACOB HOLLAND
After graduating from California Western School of Law in San Diego, Jacob began his career as a public defender, where he tirelessly advocated for those who could not afford an attorney. Over five years as a public defender, Jacob never hesitated to take a case to trial or challenge the prosecution's case. He repeatedly obtained not guilty verdicts and favorable results for his clients.
Jacob is known for his tenacity and quick wit in the courtroom.​Today, he continues to practice in the area of criminal defense and family law. Jacob loves fighting for the underdog and refuses to let his clients get bullied.
SIMONE HATHAWAY
Simone is our determined, reliable, and friendly legal assistant who keeps Hathaway Holland Law Firm running efficiently. Simone has been working in the legal field for over two decades and is well equipped to help answer your questions and guide you through the process of working with Hathaway Holland.
