We are a family of attorneys with a combined 35 years of experience in bankruptcy, criminal defense, and predatory lending practice.
Steve Hathaway founded the law practice in 1995 and has helped thousands of members of the Bellingham community. In 2022, two passionate litigators joined Steve's team: his daughter, Kelsey Hathaway, and her husband, Jacob Holland.
